At Nordave™, your satisfaction is our priority.
Not completely in love with your purchase? No worries — returning your item is simple and stress-free!

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll make sure your purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 business days.

How to return your item

Step 1:
Download the return form and fill it out completely.

Step 2:
Send the items back together with the completed return form to the address listed on the form.
You are responsible for the return shipment, so we recommend using a Track & Trace service to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3:
Receive your refund.
As soon as we’ve received your returned package, we’ll process your refund immediately.
The amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.
